About Jheronimus Bosch Art Center

The Jheronimus Bosch Art Center is dedicated entirely to the life and works of Hieronymus Bosch, who is also called Jeroen Bosch. The famous painter lived in Den Bosch from 1450 to 1516. A selection of contemporary works of art, inspired by, or associated with Bosch, is also part of the permanent exhibition. Some of the fantastic creatures and objects found in Bosch's paintings have been turned into sculptures and these may be found positioned around the exhibition space.
