Mount Baldy Ski LiftThe Mount Baldy Ski Lifts, or "Baldy", is a ski resort located on Mount San Antonio. The vintage ski lifts were installed in 1952 by Harwood Developments. The ski resort features traditional runs, open bowls, chutes, and tree runs; and claims to be the "largest and steepest resort in Southern California.
Baldy Bowl Baldy Bowl is a fluvial cirque, in the San Gabriel Mountains of the U.S. state of California, that forms much of the upper south face of Mount San Antonio. It is one of the most visited backcountry locales in the San Gabriels, and is popular with skiers, hikers, and climbers. It has a base elevation of around 8,200 ft.
Ice House Canyon TrailThe Ice House Canyon is a popular day hike with a trail head just north of Mount Baldy Village. The trail is not to strenuous, but if you are hiking in the winter, snow and Ice is a factor.The winding trail begins in a shady canyon passing remnants of old recreation cabins as it heads towards Ice House Canyon Saddle.

The most accessible trailhead for hiking Ontario Peak is in Icehouse Canyon. Forest Service Trail 7W07 leads from here to Icehouse Saddle, from which the Ontario Peak Trail leads to the summit.

Known for its steep, rugged terrain, elevations in the wilderness range from approximately 5,000 feet to nearly 9,000 feet at the top of Telegraph Peak.The 12,781 acres wilderness is managed by the United States Forest Service in Angeles National Forest and San Bernardino National Forest.
