About Wyoming National Guard Museum
The museum educates Guard members and the public about the heritage of Wyomings Army and Air National Guard both in peace and in times of war.The purpose of the museum is to showcase the history of the Wyoming National Guard. It houses the Wyoming Army and Air National Guards historical archives, photographs, film, and artifacts. Wyoming State MuseumThe Wyoming State Museum is a state-run museum established in 1895 in Cheyenne. It serve as an educational, historical, and cultural institution, whose goal is to collect, preserve, and interpret artifacts that reflect the human and natural history of Wyoming and the Rocky Mountain West. Permanent exhibit themes include coal, flora and fauna, fossils, Wyoming settlement, Native American culture and history, the National Park Service in Wyoming, and other Wyoming-related issues.
Wyoming State CapitolThe Wyoming State Capitol is the state capitol and seat of government of the U.S. state of Wyoming. Built between 1886 and 1890, the capitol is located in Cheyenne and contains the chambers of the Wyoming State Legislature as well as the office of the Governor of Wyoming. It was designated a U.S. National Historic Landmark in 1987. The architecture of the building is Renaissance Revival, reminiscent of the United States Capitol in Washington, D.C.

Castle on 19th StreetThe Castle on 19th Street or 19th Street Castle is a Mission Revival style house in Cheyenne, Wyoming. It was built in 1914 for local businessman Thomas Heaney, who operated the Atlas Theatre in Cheyenne. . Heaney's residence features a three-story corner tower with a broad overhanging tiled and hipped roof, with a stucco parapet surrounding the remainder of the roof, ornamented with projecting crests. A loggia with three arches fronts the house, ornamented with projecting squared beams.
