In addition to the natural beauty that Hoyt Park has to offer, there are also six tennis courts and two playgrounds set up for entertainment.

Spanning centuries and representing a variety of mediums and styles, the museum's collection is particularly strong in 19th and 20th century American prints. Cathedral of Mary of the AssumptionThe Cathedral of Mary of the Assumption is a spectacular example of 20th century architecture. Designed in the Romanesque Revival style and constructed using granite, marble, and plaster, it stands at an impressive 125 feet high. A symbol of strength for the entire region, it is viewable from up to a mile away. The main entrance is particularly beautiful with its intricate sculptures which stand delicately against two grand towers that flank either side of the entryway.
