Pierce Cedar Creek Institute is a nature preserve and environmental education center that covers nearly 700 acres of land. The Institute includes several different types of habitat, including woods, wetlands, meadows, and prairies. There are also seven miles of trails for hiking, cycling, and cross-country skiing.
