About Surajkund
Surajkund is an ancient reservoir of the 10th century located on Southern Delhi Ridge of Aravalli range in Faridabad city of Haryana state about 8 km from South Delhi. Surajkund is an artificial lake built in the backdrop of the Aravalli hills with an amphitheatre shaped embankment constructed in semicircular form. It is said to have been built by the king Surajpal of the Tomar dynasty in the 10th century.Address : Lakewood city, Surajkund, Faridabad, Haryana, India

Mausoleum of Ghiyasuddin TughlaqThe tomb of Ghiyath al-Din Tughluq, founder of the Tughluq dynasty in India. He was died in 1325, during collapse of a pavilion built in his honour. The Mausoleum has three tombs: of Ghiyath al-Din Tughluq and the other two are belived to be of those of his wife and his son. The Mausoleum compound also consists of a smaller tomb which houses the remains of Zafar Khan, a general of the Delhi Sultanate ruler Alauddin Khalji.
