About Kota Johor Lama
This was the best defense built along Johor during the time of Sultan Alauddin Riayat Shah II (1528-1564). It was built to fight the external invading forces. Crocodile WorldConsidered to be the largest crocodile farm in the peninsular of Malaysia. It was founded for the conservation and breeding of crocodiles, the farm does not kill any the crocodiles for their meat or skins. It houses about 1000 saltwater crocodiles of all sizes and ages.
Pulau UbinAn island situated in the northeast of Singapore, a destination for cycling, hiking and other outdoor activities. There were around a few thousand settlers here during the 1960s due to a granite quarry but only about a hundred people live here today. The Old Johor Fort wast built in 1540 by Sultan Alauddin Riayat Shah II for defending the Portuguese army is now converted to a historical museum.
