About Storseisundet Bridge
The Storseisundet Bridge is the longest of the eight bridges that make up the Atlanterhavsveien, the road connection from the mainland Romsdal peninsula to the island of Averøya in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The bridge sits on the border between Eide Municipality and Averøy Municipality and passes through an archipelago as it links mainland Norway with the island of Averoy. Atlantic Ocean RoadThe Atlantic Ocean Road or the Atlantic Road is an 8.3-kilometer-long section of County Road 64 that runs through an archipelago in Hustadvika and Averøy municipalities in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It passes by Hustadvika, an unsheltered part of the Norwegian Sea, connecting the island of Averøy with the mainland and Romsdalshalvøya peninsula. It runs between the villages of Kårvåg in Averøy and Vevang in Hustadvika.
Kvernes Stave ChurchA beautiful and special stave church. it was built in the period 1631 – 33, and not in the 13th century! This makes Kvernes unique: Norways only stave church built after the Middle Ages. Inside the church, there is choir screen with a crucifix and royal monogram, baroque pulpit, painted acanthus decorations. The altarpiece is from 1475.

The lighthouse is located on the small island of Moøya in the Bjørnsund islands, about 5 kilometers west of the village of Bud on the mainland. The lighthouse was first established in 1871 and it was automated in 1986. The lighthouse was listed as a protected site in 2000.

The Romsdal Museum was established in 1912 and portrays buildings and interesting interiors from the whole region. The town street ”Bygata” shows typical Molde townhouses from the pre-war period.
