It shows the most important collection of Viennese Modernism outside of Austria. The house owes its collection of works of classical modernism with a focus on Vienna to the Kamm Collection Foundation. It was founded in 1998 by Christa, Peter, and Christine Kamm and has made the holdings available to the Kunsthaus Zug on permanent loan.

First opened in 1871, the Mt Rigi rack train was originally pulled by steam engines. It was changed to electric, later on, but still today the route operates with nostalgic steam on special runs. Zugerberg
The Zugerberg is the local mountain for residents in the canton. The view over the Alps and foothills from up there is fantastic and there is an adventure playground and nature protection area up there. The Zugerbergbahn funicular connects the Zugerberg from Zug. The upper station is located at a height of 925 metres and is a popular vantage point as well as a recreational area. The summit proper is entirely wooded.
