Les Carroz d'Arâches is a winter and summer tourist resort in the Haute-Savoie department, in the town of Arâches-la-Frasse . the resort defines itself as an "authentic village resort in the heart of the Alps". It is located 55 km from Chamonix and 40 km from Geneva on a large sunny plateau above the Arve valley and is part of the Grand Massif. This area offers access to 265 km of slopes, with the top of the ski area reaching 2,500 m. 80 ski lifts serve 135 slopes.
