Parc du ThaborA beautiful botanical garden which belongs to the Abbey Saint-Melaine situated on the highest hill in Rennes. The garden was established in the year 1868 and it contains 129 species of trees, including 34 conifer species, as well as 373 shrub species. Place des LicesA 19th-century beautiful public square which was located in the city of Saint-Tropez, France. This place was lined with rows of hundred-year-old plane trees on the square's white sandy ground. Rue du Petit BéLocated in the middle of the Bay of Saint-Malo with an exceptional panoramic view on the city of Saint-Malo. The fort was part of the defenses that Vauban designed to protect Saint-Malo from British and Dutch fleets. It consists of a horseshoe-shaped battery on the seaward side that has 19 embrasures for guns. The French army occupied the fort until 1885. Later, the army turned the fort over to the city of Saint-Malo.

Like all characters from mythology, Merlin has an extraordinary conception: he is the son of the devil and of a pure young girl. The three slabs of red schist from the Tombeau de Merlin have been planted for several thousand years in the land of Brocéliande, to the north-east of the forest. Thousands of visitors come there every year.
