Nam Phong National ParkNam Phong national park covers parts of Ubonrat, Ban Fang, Nong Rua, Manjakiri, and Kok Po districts in Khon Kaen province; and some parts of Taen and Kaeng Kro districts in Chaiyaphum province. This 197 square kilometers park is the headwaters of several river streams including Nam Phong river which flows into Ubonrat dam lake. The are is mostly covered by the dipterocarp forest.
