Abbey BellelayThe Abbey is a historic monument dating from the 18th century. Towering over the center of the village of Bellelay, a place imbued with history, this building in the Baroque style is a cultural and artistic meeting point. After the newly-completed refurbishment of the grand organ, I attended a concert that transported me into a world of musical splendor. The entire site is rich in history and is well worth exploring.

AllaineThe Allaine is a 65 km long river in northwestern Switzerland and eastern France. Its source is above the village Charmoille, in the Swiss Jura mountains. Downstream from its confluence with the Bourbeuse and the Canal du Rhône au Rhin, near Méziré, it is called the Allan. It is a right tributary of the Doubs, which it joins a few km downstream from Montbéliard, where it takes the Savoureuse with it, a river with its sources in the southern Vosges.

Balmberg PassBalmberg Pass is a high mountain pass in the Jura Mountains in the canton of Solothurn in Switzerland. It connects Welschenrohr and Günsberg. The road is one of the steepest pass roads in Switzerland. The road is not recommended for novice drivers, big, wide or long vehicles, buses, vans and trucks, caravans, or trailers. It is, however, ideal for motorcycles During periods of snow or ice, the road is closed from the pass summit to Welschenrohr on the north side.

Chapelle VorbourgThe Chapelle du Vorbourg is located below the old castle ruins Vorbourg in the canton of Jura in Switzerland. It is enthroned about 1.9 kilometers as the crow flies from Delémont on a high rock above the Birs , which forms a tight clus there . The castle ruins and chapel are clearly visible from the road from Basel to Delémont. The chapel has been in the care of the Benedictine monks of the Abbey of Saint-Benoît de Port-Valais in Le Bouveret in Valais since 1995 . Services are held here.

Chasseral Regional ParkThe Chasseral is a mountain of the Jura Mountains, overlooking Lake Biel in the Swiss canton of Bern. With an elevation of 1,606 meters above sea level, the Chasseral is the highest summit in the canton of Bern outside the Alps. It is also both the northernmost and easternmost mountain reaching over 1,500 meters in the Jura Mountains. West of the summit is located the Chasseral Ouest, where runs the border with the canton of Neuchâtel. The Chasseral Pass is located further on the west.

Château de PleujouseThe Château de Pleujouse is a Swiss castle located in the canton of Jura , in Ajoie , and around which the village of Pleujouse was formed . The castle of Pleujouse is the setting for a legend according to which, Alie d'Asuel, called the "white lady" and her lover Huson de Pleujouse were killed by the men of her father while trying to escape from the castle.

Château de PorrentruyPorrentruy Castle is a castle in the municipality of Porrentruy of the Canton of Jura in Switzerland. It is a Swiss heritage site of national significance. the castle served as exile residence of the prince-bishops of Basel from 1527 until 1792. The bishops had been exiled from Basel during the Swiss Reformation in 1529, whereas they were able to keep most of their territories outside the city.

Etang de la GruèreA nature reserve of national importance, the Etang de la Gruère is a haven of peace and a true paradise for nature lovers. The path around the lake invites you to discover its special flora and fauna. The lake and the surrounding bog is a nature preserve. The lake was formed in the 17th century, when a dam was built for a mill.

Étang des RoyesThe Étang des Royes is a pond in the municipality of Saignelégier in the canton of Jura. It is considered the smaller brother lake of the more famous Étang de la Gruère and lies at 964 meters above sea level. The pond is embedded in a forest in the Freiberg Mountains, is under nature protection and is part of the Doubs Nature Park.

Etangs de BonfolEtangs de Bonfol is a series of ponds at Bonfol in the Canton of Jura, Switzerland. The main ponds are named "étang du Milieu" and "Neuf-Etang". They are separated by a dam. Since 1962, the étangs de Bonfol are a nature preserve. They are listed in the Federal Inventory of Amphibian Spawning Areas, and, together with the étang at Vendlincourt, in the Federal Inventory of Landscapes and Natural Monuments. The ponds were developed by the bishop of Basel for fishing.

FreibergeThe Freiberg mountains form an area of around 200 km² at an average of 1000 m above sea level. M. located high plateau in the Jura, which politically belongs to the district of Freiberge . The most important place is the Saignelégier . The high plateau of the Freiberg Mountains is around 25 km long, a maximum of 9 km wide and stretches between La Chaux-de-Fonds in the southwest and the Delsberg basin in the northeast.

The summit of Ordons hosts a television transmitter managed by Swisscom Broadcast on behalf of SRG SSR Idée Suisse .

Mont RaimeuxMont Raimeux, with its gorges and undulating rocky walls, is a spot cherished by mountain climbers. The summit is a delight for walkers in search of tranquility. The mountain name is probably derived from the old French word raim, which roughly corresponds to the meaning of undeveloped land, covered with scrub or forest. It can be reached easily by several trails and a road culminating at 1,288 meters.

Mont SoleilMont Soleil is a mountain of the Jura Mountains, located north of Saint-Imier in the canton of Bern, Switzerland. The summit reaches to 1,291 metres and the area can be easily accessed by a funicular from Saint-Imier, reaching a height of 1,180 m. An observatory is located on the summit as well as several wind turbines and a solar park: the former with their presence, the highest is 150 m high, and noise introduced a heavy element of disturbance in the landscape.
