Cole's MonumentCole’s Monument stands in the grounds of the Forthill Park; a beautiful five & a half acre wooded park in Enniskillen. The monument was built in the centre of the park in memory of the late General the Hon. Sir G. Lowry Cole from 1845-57. The monument takes the form of a Doric column, topped by a statue of General the Honourable Sir Galbraith Lowry Cole.

Lough Macnean Lough Macnean is a large freshwater lake on the border between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. It is in two parts. Lower Lough MacNean, the smaller eastern lake, is wholly within County Fermanagh. Upper Lough MacNean, the larger western lake, is split between Fermanagh, County Cavan and County Leitrim . On the strip of land between the two lakes are the villages of Belcoo and Blacklion. A river runs between the villages, linking the eastern and western lakes.

A beautiful park which was pleaantly wooded with walks, shrub gardens and children's play area in central Enniskillen. The Cole’s Monument stands here. It is one of the iconic attraction in the middle of the street and it offers a peaceful nature too.
