About Aflenzer Bürgeralm
The Aflenzer Bürgeralm, is an alpine settlement in the market town of Aflenz in Styria. It is located north of Aflenz Kurort and below the Windgrube, a secondary peak in the Hochschwab group . It consists of several restaurants and numerous accommodations and is accessed not only by the access road but also by a chairlift. HochschwabA beautiful high mountain and the highest summit in the eponymous mountain range. It offers a nice trekking route ad also its summit is a flat, rock and grass-covered dome, that may easily be climbed from the Schiestlhaus.
Grüner SeeGrüner See is a lake in Styria, Austria in a village named Tragöß. The lake is surrounded by forests and three mountains. The lake was popular among divers who could observe the green meadows in the edge zone of the lake particularly in June when the water is at its highest. Because of the spike in tourist visits that has occurred and expected damage to this sensitive environment, the use of this lake for all watersports activities has been prohibited since 1 January 2016.
Hohe VeitschThe Hohe Veitsch is the highest mountain in the Mürzsteg Alps, in the Austrian state of Styria. It is a limestone massif, rich in wildflower meadows and good views, and runs from west to east to the Klein-Veitsch Alm, a distances of around 5.5 km. There is also a plateau walk via Seeboden to the Kleinveitschalm.
Niederalpl PassNiederalpl Pass is a mountain pass at an elevation of 1.232m above the sea level, located in the Austrian state of Styria. It is traversed by State Highway 113 with a maximum grade of 10 percent. It connects Wegscheid and Mürzsteg. At the pass, there are two restaurants and several ski lifts. Neighboring peaks are the Hohe Veitsch and the Tonion.

MurinselThe Murinsel, is actually not an island at all, but an artificial floating platform in the middle of the Mur river. Mur Island is in the form of a giant sea shell and measures 47 m in length. Two footbridges connect it with both banks of the Mur. The center of the platform forms an amphitheatre. The arty island was the creation of American artist, Vito Acconci who wanted the ultra-modern construction to evoke a giant sea shell.
