About Hohe Veitsch
The Hohe Veitsch is the highest mountain in the Mürzsteg Alps, in the Austrian state of Styria. It is a limestone massif, rich in wildflower meadows and good views, and runs from west to east to the Klein-Veitsch Alm, a distances of around 5.5 km. Niederalpl PassNiederalpl Pass is a mountain pass at an elevation of 1.232m above the sea level, located in the Austrian state of Styria. It is traversed by State Highway 113 with a maximum grade of 10 percent. It connects Wegscheid and Mürzsteg. At the pass, there are two restaurants and several ski lifts. Neighboring peaks are the Hohe Veitsch and the Tonion.

Sports can be practiced on the Bürgeralm both in summer and in winter.
