About Lepelaarplassen
The Lepelaarplassen are a nature reserve of approximately 500 hectares located on the Markermeer near Almere in the Dutch province of Flevoland . It has been a nature reserve since 1971 . The area has been managed by the Het Flevo landscape foundation since 1994 and was designated a Natura 2000 area in 2009. Since 2018, the Lepelaarplassen have been one of the core areas of the Nieuw Land National Park .Address : Lepelaarplassen, 1316 Almere, Netherlands
