About Cuypershuis
The Cuypershuis is a museum in the Limburg city of Roermond , located in the former residence and studio of architect Pierre Cuypers . From 1932 to 2009 the Stedelijk Museum Roermond was located here. The Cuypershuis was created in 2011 after the Stedelijk Museum Roermond was divided into three parts: the Cuypershuis, the Historiehuis and the collection of modern art of the municipality of Roermond.Address : Pierre Cuypersstraat 1, 6041 XG Roermond, Netherlands

MunsterkerkThe Munsterkerk is a 13th-century church dedicated to Our Lady in the Dutch town of Roermond. Its remarkable front towers are 55 meter in height. MaasplassenThe Maasplassen are artificial lakes on the Maas in Limburg's Maasland. The Maasplassen are gravel holes , they were created by the extraction of gravel that occurs due to deposition by the Meuse. Gravel mining on the Maas started in the 19th century. The gravel holes were left behind in the valley of the Meuse like large scars. A new purpose was found in water recreation.
