There are several ways to get there, but the easiest is probably to take U.S. 40 west from Kremmling. You'll see signs for it along the way. The road winds through some beautiful country and eventually comes to a T-intersection. Take a left turn here and continue on until you reach another T-intersection. At this point, you should see a sign for Mount Werner Road. Take a right turn and follow the road until it dead-ends at the base of the mountain. From here, you can hike or bike to the summit.

There is no entrance fee to explore Mount Werner in Routt County, Colorado. However, there are some areas that require a permit for entry.
