About Albigna lake
Albigna Lake is located in the Graubunden canton of Switzerland. Originally a reservoir, the lake is housed within the Vicosoprano municipality. Situated on the southwestern edge of the Bregaglia valley, the Albigna Lake is surrounded by rocky valleys and terrains. Piz BadileA beautiful mountain that was part of the Bregaglia range in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. The name Badile means spade or shovel. It is because of its shape this mountain got this name. It was one of the quiet risky trekking destinations and also It hives a nice view from the top of the mountain.
Lägh da CavlocA mountain lake in Graubünden near the Maloja Pass. The lake is located at 1907 m. above sea level and about two kilometers south of the pass road. A bath in the refreshing water is also worthwhile. At the lake, there are several barbecue areas and a restaurant. It is also a nice trekking destination too.
Maloja PassMaloja Pass is a high mountain pass in the Swiss Alps in the canton of Graubünden, linking the Engadine with the Val Bregaglia, still in Switzerland and Chiavenna in Italy. It marks the divide between the Danube and Po watersheds. Lägh da Bitabergh is near the pass. The Maloja Pass is open in winter.
