Arboretum trompenburgTrompenburg Arboretum is a tree and plant garden on the Honingerdijk in the South Holland city of Rotterdam . The park covers an area of eight hectares . The park contains approximately 4000 different species of trees, shrubs and perennials. A new entrance building was opened in 1996. Due to its design, the former country estate gives the visitor the impression of a walking park rather than a 'collection of trees'. Trompenburg is affiliated with the Dutch Association of Botanical Gardens .

ErasmusbrugThis is the second bridge over the Nieuwe Maas in the center of the Dutch city of Rotterdam . He is named after the Dutch priest and humanist Erasmus . The bridge connects the Kop van Zuid district with the center on the north side of the river.The 284-metre-long cable- stayed bridge has a 139-metre high angled asymmetric steel pylon. This is why the bridge is nicknamed "The Swan". Between the Kop van Zuid and the pylon there is an 89 meter long bascule bridge for ships.

Escher in Het Paleis.Escher in Het Paleis is an art museum on the Lange Voorhout in the Dutch city of The Hague . It is housed in the Lange Voorhout Palace dating from 1764 and since 2002 has housed a permanent exhibition entirely devoted to the work of the Dutch graphic artist Maurits Cornelis Escher .With more than 120 works, prints of almost his entire oeuvre can be seen at 'Escher in Het Paleis'. The highlight of the exhibition is the seven meter long Metamorphosis III .
