The Hills & Dales Estate is a piece of history that has stood the test of time. Dating back to 1916, the estate was built by Fuller E. Callaway and his wife Ida Cason Callaway. The house itself is a marvel to behold, constructed with classic European architectural forms from the Beaux Arts period. Nestled amongst its formal gardens and sprawling landscaped grounds are outbuildings including a library, greenhouse, and service complex. The estate also encompasses an 8-acre lake.

West Point Dam, is an impressive engineering feat. It was built across the Chattahoochee River around 1950 for flood control and power production. The dam is composed of nearly 3 million cubic yards of embankment which makes it one of the largest earthen dams in the US accredited by the American Society of Civil Engineers. Stretching over 4 miles long and 200 feet high, the dam offers a variety of recreation opportunities. Visitors can go fishing, hiking, swimming, boating and camping.
