Piz NairPiz Nair is a mountain of the Albula Alps in Switzerland, overlooking St. Moritz in the canton of Graubünden. Bernina PassA beautiful high mountain pass which was located in the heart of Grisons. It connects the famous resort town of St. Moritz in the Engadin valley with the Italian-speaking Val Poschiavo, which ends in the Italian town of Tirano in Valtellina. The pass lies a few kilometers east of Piz Bernina, and south of Val Minor. The pass was an important trade route over the Alps during the Middle Ages. Roseg Valley
The Roseg Valley is located in SE Switzerland in the canton of Graubünden. It is ~11 km long, with an SSW–NNE axis. The elevation of the valley floor ranges from 1800 m in the north to ~2250 m at the southern end of the lake. Most of the peaks on either side of the valley are in excess of 3000 m, with the highest being Piz Bernina. The latter gives its name to the Bernina Range; the Roseg Valley sites on the northern edge of this.
