About Landgoed Linschoten
Landgoed Linschoten near the town of the same name in the province of Utrecht is the largest estate in the Randstad at around 450 hectares . It includes a country house with park, watercourses, monumental farms, grasslands and forests. There are many special plants to be found, such as wild garlic , arum , bird's milk and wild hyacinths . IJsselstein CastleIJsselstein Castle is located in the center of the town of the same name IJsselstein in the province of Utrecht . The castle was mentioned as early as 1144. The castle was demolished in 1418, with the approval of Jacoba van Beieren , to be rebuilt in 1427. The most famous inhabitants of the castle came from the Van Amstel family . They founded the place IJsselstein from the castle around 1300 and they called themselves Van IJsselstein ever since .
Castle De HaarDe Haar Castle is a monumental castle in the Utrecht village of Haarzuilens . It is the largest castle in the Netherlands. It was built from 1892 on the ruins of the old castle in neo-Gothic style. It consists of an extensive site in which, in addition to the main building, there are also associated gardens and buildings such as a chapel. The neighboring village also has a strong relationship with the castle and the whole falls under a protected townscape.
MáximaparkThe Máximapark is a city park , located in Utrecht. The park is named after princess, later queen Máxima. It forms the green central heart of the large urban expansion of Utrecht west of the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal , which started in the second half of the 1990s. In 1995 this area had about 18,000 inhabitants. In 2020, this number has increased to more than 90,000. The Máxima Park covers an area of 300 hectares, making it one of the largest city parks in the Netherlands.

HaarrijnseplasThe Haarrijnseplas is a lake area in the Dutch municipality of Utrecht .The two lakes have a combined surface area of roughly 90 hectares . The lakes were created at the beginning of the 21st century along the A2 highway in the Vinex district of Leidsche Rijn . 13 million m³ of sand has been extracted at this location , a large part of which has been used to raise the level of this district. In addition to recreation , the lakes were given a function in water management.
